Two New MCA/SMSC Switch-Out Orders Received from MTS

Mobile TeleSystems (MTS), the largest mobile operator in Russia and the CIS, has placed two new orders of the Mobile Arts Missed Call Alert (MCA) and SMSC. The high-capacity MCS/SMSC systems will be deployed in the MR Far East network and the MR South network. The MCA/SMSC systems will replace two existing missed call alert systems supplied by another vendor.
