Voice Mail System (VMS)
The Mobile Arts Voice Mail System (VMS) allows Operators to provide end-users with sophisticated voice and fax mail services, boosting call completion rates and thus revenue whilst requiring no new network or terminal features.
The VMS notifies the voice mailbox owner regarding new voice mail, fax mail and missed calls using SMS, MMS or e-mail messages. SMS Alert messages can be sent to the message originator when the message has been retrieved by the receiver.
Comprehensive support for end-user management is provided via DTMF and an external machine-machine provisioning interface for easy integration with Operator portal and provisioning systems.
The Mobile Arts VMS is compatible with all GSM, UMTS and CDMA networks, and provides a comprehensive set of features, such as:

- Automatic copying of new voice and fax mail to other on-net or off-net MSISDN
