Mobile Arts is an established global provider of truly high-tech solutions to Mobile Operators.

All our products are built on a common framework, developed in house that we have expanded, enhanced and refined continuously over more than 18 years. This framework, named the Mobile Arts Telecom Kernel, enables us to evolve existing products and develop new products rapidly and with remarkable characteristics. Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) we measure in years.

Mobile Location Centre

The Mobile Arts Mobile Location Centre (MLC) solution enables the location of mobile devices using a wide range of different location technologies. The solution includes 3GPP GMLC/LRF and SMLC functionality for GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G and IMS networks, as well as OMA SUPL capabilities.

Service Performance Engine

The Mobile Arts Service Performance Engine (SPE) solution enables the Mobile Network Operator to understand and improve the network quality and network utilization, as well as the end-user quality of experience for all mobile services. This includes measurement of the user-plane packet service quality in the entire network for all users.

MLC as a Service

Besides deploying the Mobile Location Centre (MLC) locally inside the mobile operator network, Mobile Arts can also provide the MLC as a fully hosted and managed service (Software as a Service). Besides reducing CAPEX and OPEX costs, this also facilitates very rapid deployment of the MLC.

Global GNSS Reference Data Feed

The Mobile Arts Global GNSS Reference Data Feed service can provide GPS, Glonass and Beidou satellite reference data to Mobile Arts MLC systems all over the world. The GNSS reference data is continuously transferred over secure internet connections and is used by the MLC when locating mobile devices using Assisted GNSS location methods.

Professional Services

Mission critical solutions, require high quality software and hardware that are deployed in truly fully redundant (often geo-redundant) configurations. However, the associated services are equally important. Mobile Arts offers a range of professional services related to the planning, installation and commissioning, support, and operations of our solutions.
